We wanted to take the time to thank you for everything you did for us. We were looking at homes for years,and as first time home owners we just did not know what to do or where to start. We saw one of your listings on-line, and wanted to view it, When we called you, we did not know what to expect. We had dealt with Realtors that never called back, or were not interested in taking the time to show us how things worked. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to view the house with you. Although there was a lot of information to soak in, you took the time to explain how things worked. You were just as easy going with us when we asked to view the home several times. When we did not know where to start, you guided us into the right direction. You referred us to a mortgage company, and lawyers. During our process of putting in bids, and applying for the mortgage, you held our hands, and told us not to worry, that everything would fall into place. You were correct, and it did.
When we could not get our lawyers, or mortgage brokers on the phone to answer our questions, we called you. You always answered, or called us back immediately, each time with a quick answer. If you could not get us and answer, you yourself called our mortgage broker, or lawyer.
You always made yourself available to us. On several occasions you went above and beyond.

As most first time home owners know, the process from offer, to closing is tail spinning, mind boggling, and sooo very confusing. It was nice to have someone be so willing to give information, and guide us. There were many "panicking" phone calls that we made to you, late nights, and during dinners, and you always calmed us down and gave us whatever information we needed. When it came time for closing we wished we could have paid you instead of the lawyers, because you were more of a help then they ever were. Your information was priceless, and so helpful. Even after the closing, when we still had questions, you were always available. We can not tell you how much we appreciate everything you have done for us. I have, and will continue to recommend you to anyone who asks for a Realtor, with a standing ovation. I would be more than happy to advertise for you, or even hand out your business cards. Dear Pam, It was an Honor, privilege and pure delight working with you to sell our home. After many month's of distress with other agents from other companies, you were able to get us an offer in three DAYS after listing the property. My wife and I were amazed at the difference in professionalism, personal involvement and positive attitude you had in this down market.
